Baked by Jul’s cookies are produced in Spring City, PA. Pick-up and local delivery are available.

How do I order custom cookies?

To order custom cookies, please fill out my order request form. It is located on the top banner of this page. Please provide as many details as possible in your request, even photos. I have a one dozen minimum for custom orders. I am more likely to accept your request if you are ordering more than one dozen.

Can you explain the custom request form?

Please use the order form for custom cookie order requests. Note that it is just a request form, not a confirmation that your order is placed. You will receive an email from me either confirming or denying your request based on my availability. Further discussion will occur from there.

How far in advance should I request custom cookies?

Please place a request at least two weeks in advance for custom cookie orders. Any order that I can accept that is requested less than two weeks before the pick-up date will incur a rush fee of $15 per dozen.

How much do custom cookies cost?

The cost of your cookies will depend on how many dozen you are ordering, amount of different designs and the level of detail. Prices range from $45 to $120 per dozen. Please visit the ‘pricing’ tab at the top of this page for more information.

How do I pay for my custom order?

After you receive an email from me that your order is accepted, you will be sent an invoice from me to pay via card, Paypal or Venmo. You must pay in full for me to confirm your order. You must pay in full at least two weeks before your pick-up date. Your date will not be reserved unless you pay in full. Cancellations are accepted two weeks out from the pick-up date.

What if I want to see the cookie designs before I pay for them?

I offer a sketching service where you can choose your cookies from a set of six drawings that I will provide. I can adjust the designs to your liking and within my ability. This will cost $15 up front before you receive any designs.

Are your cookies dry and hard like other decorated cookies?

No! My cookies are not dry or hard. They are soft and buttery. They are decorated with soft-bite royal icing. I have four different flavors for decorated cookies: vanilla, chocolate, gingerbread and shortbread.

Do you deliver?

I deliver in and surrounding areas of Royersford, PA. This would include and not be limited to Collegeville, Spring City, Limerick, Phoenixville, Oaks, etc. Delivery starts at $10 and increases based on distance from the production facility.

How long do your cookies last?

All of my cookies are packaged in heat-sealed bags to retain freshness for up to two weeks. My cookies can be frozen. To freeze, place packaged cookies in an air-tight container in the freezer. To thaw, set the container out at room temperature for a few hours. It is important to thaw the cookies in the container they were frozen in.

How should I store my cookies?

Cookies are best left a room temperature in their heat-sealed bags. DO NOT refrigerate cookies!

Where do I pick up my cookies?

Cookies can be picked up locally in Spring City or Royersford, PA. The address will be disclosed after payment for safety reasons.

What ingredients are in your cookies?

All of my cookies are packaged with an ingredients label, in decreasing order by weight. If you would like to see this label before purchasing, please contact me via the contact tab.

Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?

Unfortunately I do not have any gluten-free or vegan options. My cookies are produced in a kitchen where common allergens are also used such as dairy, eggs, nuts and gluten. If you have food allergies, please considered finding another baker.
